Speedworld Dragstrip is part of 344 Acres of Land in the Wittmann, Arizona area known as Speedworld Raceway Park owned by Dan Matthews.
The full facility house's 9 Race Tracks- Dragstrip, Motocross, Sand Drags, 1/5 mile Dirt Oval, BMX Track, Remoto Control Off Road Cars, Scaled Ashpalt Oval Cars and Flyers.
The facility was formed back in 1996 by Mel Larson; Better known as Mel Larson's Dragway. Over the years it has changed names and operators from; Mel Larson's Dragway,-Phoenix Dragway,-Phoenix Racway Park,- Speedworld Motorplex,- Speedworld Raceway Park, and the "Dragstrip" part of the faciltiy is now called and known as "Speedworld Dragstrip", run by track Operator Bill Botelho.
Speedworld Dragstrip is open ALL YEAR LONG, with many exciting favor events and our regular events to please every type of Drag Racing and Fan at heart.
Speedworld Dragstrip has held the hit Televsion Hit show "PINKS", along with AHDRA (All Harley Drag Racing Assocaition), Pontiac Events, Mopar Events, Volks Wagon Events, Out Law Racing, Nostalgia Events, Street Legal Events, NHRA Events, Local Club Events, Junior Dragster and Bracket Racing Event.

Our Gold Star Health Department Passing Concession Stand is family and price friendly, with free delious food and Pepsi Product drinks to enjoy.
Over night camping is allowed (no hooks up's) and pets on leash are welcomed.
